Grand Baymen consists of two developments: Grand Baymen Gardens and Grand Baymen Oceanside.
Grand Baymen Gardens is a condominium development close to the small town of San Pedro. Baymen Gardens offers a choice of one or two bedroomed condo suites.
Grand Baymen Oceanside is a planned development which will include a 5-story waterfront internationally branded resort, with facilities for conferences and events, as well as a host of amenities right on the oceanfront. Like Baymen Gardens, condos will be available in one or two-bedroom units.
Leadership Team at Grand Baymen
The team behind the brand at Grand Baymen is run by ECI Development co-founders Michael Cobb and Joel Nagel. The idea for the company came when Michael realized that there would soon be a greater-than-ever need for high-quality senior living communities, that assure quality of life without demanding a fortune. Investing in property offshore has always been attractive to U.S. seniors, but often construction and infrastructure standards fall short of expectations. Michael is a well-regarded speaker on the topic of offshore real estate development, and serves on the Board of Directors and the President’s Advisory Group for the National Association of Realtors.
Eddie Littlefield is the President of ECI Development and Chief Operating Officer is Patrick Hiebert a successful Canadian entrepreneur.
Grand Baymen – Social Responsibility
Ingrained in the ethos of everyone at ECI Development is the necessity to ‘give-back’ to the community in which they work and live. Each month, the team at Grand Baymen chooses a community outreach project to support. However these ideals extend far beyond charity work for the team at Grand Baymen – every aspect of the development is planned and executed in a manner that is ecologically sensitive, socially responsible and gives long term support to the town of San Pedro and the greater community on Belize.
